Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: 29 September 2026

PlanPulse is operated by OneOneThree Digital Ltd. If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Ads account to PlanPulse (or any other advertising platform), you can remove our access and ask us to delete the data we hold at any time. This page explains how.

1. What data we hold from Meta

When you connect Meta through Facebook Login, PlanPulse stores:

  • An access token that lets PlanPulse read your ad and page data.
  • The IDs and names of the ad accounts, Facebook Pages, and Instagram accounts you chose to link.
  • Advertising and organic performance data (such as spend, impressions, reach, and campaign names) fetched to power your dashboards.

We do not post to your accounts, and we never sell this data.

2. Disconnect Meta from within PlanPulse

  1. Sign in to PlanPulse and open the client the account is connected to.
  2. Go to the ad platform connections and choose Disconnect next to Facebook Ads.
  3. This immediately deletes the stored access token and the connection, so PlanPulse can no longer read any data from your Meta accounts.

3. Remove PlanPulse from your Facebook account

  1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Apps and websites (under Security, or in Meta Accounts Centre).
  3. Find PlanPulse and select Remove.

This revokes PlanPulse's access on Meta's side. It does not by itself delete data already stored by PlanPulse — use step 4 for that.

4. Request full deletion of your data

To have all data associated with your connected accounts (or your entire PlanPulse account) permanently deleted, email cam@oneonethree.co.nz with the subject “Data deletion request” and include:

  • The email address you use to sign in to PlanPulse.
  • Which data you want deleted (for example, a specific connected Meta account, or your whole account).

We will confirm receipt, verify the request came from the account owner, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will email you once it is done. Where the law requires us to keep certain records (such as billing records), we will keep only those and delete everything else.

5. Questions

For anything else about your data, see our Privacy Policy or contact cam@oneonethree.co.nz.
